The City Gates Cohorts process is a transforming experience that will help you embrace your everyday work as a vital part of God’s mission, no matter what kind of work you do. Together we will discover God’s original design for work and how it positions his people to join him in renewing and restoring every broken person, system and place within our communities. The City Gates Cohorts process is unique in its “formational” approach, creating an environment where the Spirit of God can shape participants’ core identity and sense of purpose so they embody Jesus – and the ways of his kingdom – regardless of their work-role and community setting.
Participants in City Gates Cohorts journey together through our unique Kingdom Work learning path which is navigated in seven monthly, themed sessions that combine scriptural teaching, relational conversation and individual reflection. At the heart of this process is the cohort, a small group of 5 to 6 people who process and deepen the content together within and between sessions. Working within a cohort increases the impact of the journey and creates life-long friendships that carry the influence of the City Gates experience into their shared community.
